What's a commission? You pay me (in USD via a Paypal invoice I will send to your email or in CSC) to draw a custom CW for you to your exact specifications. You provide me with reference images and descriptions of what you want the CW to be.
What's a design? A previously drawn CW concept (either fully finished, or in the sketch stage) I sell to you, using my own references and ideas. After you purchase the design, work proceeds as though it were a commission. I finish the CW and CI if necessary, and you submit it to the site.
What do you get? • You receive: a 64x64 CI, male/female overlays for submitting your CW, and a basic preview image to use in your shop (if needed). • Free edits to the CW if it is denied during the submission process, up to 10 attempts. • Permission to ping my group # SweetTarts once per color released.
What's my commission process like? • I open commission slots and ping my CW group. • You post in this thread to claim a commission slot, using the commission form below. (You may claim a spot and edit your post later if you need time to fill out your commission form, but please do so within 24 hours.) • After I accept your commission, I will smail you with the cost of your commission and any questions I have. • I will update you periodically with sketches/works in progress as I work on your commission, giving you chances to guide me and request edits. • When the overlay and CI are completed, I will invoice you (USD) or make a trade for you (CSC) for payment. • After your payment is completed, I will send you a dropbox link containing all the necessary files.
You are welcome to ask questions at ANY point during or before a commission!

If possible, post your form in this thread instead of smailing me. • Please be aware of the official rules and guidelines for CW submission before commissioning me. If you need help navigating the submission/selling process, you're welcome to comment me personally and I will do my best to explain!
• I reserve the right to refuse/pass on a commission for any reason. • Understand that my schedule is unpredictable, and I also like to work on many projects at once to help prevent burnout, which slows down my overall progress somewhat. At my fastest I can complete a simple commission within a few days, but if I have a lot on my plate you can expect 2-4 weeks as an average timeline. If you have a deadline, let me know up front and I'll make your commission a priority! :) If you haven't heard from me recently, please poke me to get an update, I don't mind. You can also see what I'm working on in the "Slots & Progress" spoiler below!
• Payment must be completed before I will release your final files. If, for some reason, you back out at the last minute or are unable to pay, I reserve the right to resell your commission as a design or submit it myself to recoup the cost of my time spent. • Please try to submit your CW within a reasonable time frame, preferably 1-2 months. If you need more time, just ask! If you fail to submit your CW within a reasonable time and it is rejected, I may charge an additional fee to make edits. • A free artist copy for EACH item/color is always included in my prices, and I will treat this copy as public regardless of your release status. If you want to make other arrangements, please ask.
• Please don't ask me to exactly copy another artist's work or a specific fashion design/photo. Be prepared to make small changes if I or staff requests an item to be altered to avoid copying/stealing designs. This includes CI designs. • By commissioning me or buying a CW design, I am giving you the right to submit it to the site and sell the copies however you see fit (name, description, number of copies, public/private is all up to you). However, I am NOT granting you the right to the artwork itself, or granting you permission to alter or resell the artwork in any way.
No refunds. If an item is rejected 10 times during the submission stage and I am unable to fix it, I will discuss a partial refund or alternate arrangement with you on a case-by-case basis.
Individual CIs

• You receive: 1 64x64px gif image on white background
• Suitable for use with CWs, or for personal use on pet profiles, treasure chests, etc.
• Recolors are negotiable.
• No free copy for me is required for CI-only commissions.

Pricing
Commission Pricing
Note: All prices include a free copy of the item for me, except in the case of CI-only commissions. The conversion rate for USD to CSC is generally $1 = 140 CSC (though I'm not strict about this and do often fluctuate down).
Individual CIs $8 USD || 800 CSC or equivalent sP {raised 2/6/21 - recolor prices will remain 250 CSC each}
Small/Simple Items (make up, small accessories, etc) $15 - $30 || 1400 - 4200 CSC
Medium Items (Simple wigs, shirts/skirts/shorts, shoes, simple dresses, companions, simple foreground/ground items, etc) $25 - $40 || 3500 CSC - 5600 CSC
Large/Complex Items (Body mods, long dresses/clothing, large companions, very detailed clothing, long/complex hairstyles, complex foregrounds, etc) $40 - $60+ || 5600 CSC - 8400 CSC +
Backgrounds $60 - $100 USD || 8400 CSC - 14000 CSC

Recolor Info + Pricing

• Recolors may be purchased at any time after the first color has been accepted on site.
• Recolors are unlimited for both CSC and USD commissions.
• Recolors are always open, please post in this thread if you want to order some!
• I may occasionally host recolor specials/sales, but normal pricing is below.
• Unless otherwise discussed, I require a free artist copy of every recolor. In the case of free/surprise/gifted recolors, I do not require that you submit the color, but if you do submit it, I require a free artist copy as usual.
Note: BG recolor pricing will be discussed on a case by case basis and will vary depending on the conplexity of the recolor. Detailed animal coat colors (ie. tabby, calico, leopard, etc) are considered to be complex colors.
CSC Recolors (CI + Overlay):
Basic, single color or simple gradient: 600 CSC apiece
Complex Patterns Recolors: starting at 800 CSC apiece, price depends on complexity.
Lineart Changes: starting at 1200 CSC apiece, price depends on complexity.
USD Recolors (CI + Overlay):
Basic, single color or simple gradient: $5.00USD apiece
Complex Patterns Recolors: starting at $6.50USD apiece, price depends on complexity.
Lineart Changes: starting at $10.00USD apiece, price depends on complexity.
Order 5 or more (of the same item) and receive a free surprise recolor with your order! <3
CI-Only Recolors 250 CSC or $2.50USD each, CSC is preferred but for a large batch (5+) of recolors USD is acceptable! Note: no artist copy is required for CI commissions/recolors.
Recolors of Other Artists' Files Happy to do them, as long as you have permission from the artist! Costs are the same as above, but each item will have an additional $5/500 CSC fee added to the first color only to cover the time of setting up PSD file according to my needs.
• Original PSD files for the CI and Overlay are preferred. • If you only have access to PNG files (what you use to submit the item to subeta), I can most likely use that. White or pale colors are easiest, but with a little extra work other colors may possibly be used as well. • A free artist copy for me is not necessary, though I would like to retain the option to purchase one at base price. • Contact me on this thread to discuss your options. :)

Since it's not something copyrighted I don't think you would have to worry about changes. Hi! It depends on what exactly you want, but I would classify that as a foreground item for my purposes ($25-$60). If you want me to give a price quote before ordering, you can smail me about it. :)

Commission Type: Individual CW Payment method: USD Overlay references: I just want a snoozing dragon companion. I'm not sure what kind of placement on the avvie I would like it to be, but this is the ref (for some reason this image is HUGE, sorry about that lol). Just a cute generic dragon colored with pink tones like this to start with. And instead of the dice, swap it for a cloud instead.
