I have used the quickstock feature :add to collections. I did not realize it would add multiples of an item. Is there a function to remove multiples?

Yes, you can access the Minion Zoo from the Games page under the Collections section, or here's a direct link - https://subeta.net/games/minions/index.php#home

You should be able to remove your extra minions from there :)
