If at all possible I think this would help a lot of people. Some have thousands of dances to accept and it is really hard to do so sometimes. Also some people may host a contest because they don't really have the time to be on and might enjoy this as well. I for one would love the button just to make sure I didn't somehow miss someone or near the end of masq trying to accept all at once.
Thanks!
Most people just hit F5 / refresh over and over again. You may have to take a break, but it's there.
If it's implemented, sure, if not, okay.
Full support! This would make things a lot easier for those with a lot of dance requests.
I would be so grateful to have a button to do this!
Support! I would love to have the option for an "accept all dances." And as said, it would be helpful for accepting dances towards the end of Masquerade :3
If they can get it to work, that's fine by me. I just know we once had a 'turn all in' link that turned in both trinkets at the same time, and Staff had to take it down because it ate trinkets. I can kind of see that sort of problem here too happening if it has generate a bunch at once too.
I think there's too big of a risk for dances to get "eaten" and with a do-all button, chances are we'd never be able to know how many we'd lost.., let alone recover them.
I love the idea, but agree that the potential for undetectable glitches is very high.

I don't agree with this Suggestion. At all.
Subeta is a game, we're not actually RL dancing. We are not up down left left move the camera fire that arrow replace leg armor with dancing shoes as if we are in Breath of the Wild. The way we simulate dancing-on-end is by clicking, clicking, and clicking.
Now, perhaps the costs of things are too high and the costs of dancing that much is too high. The total costs of things in tokens can be reduced and the total amount of tokens given out can be reduced. this will lessen the amount of mass-dancing that is necessary for users' economic enjoyment. There is always a tension between us users who have been dancing for years and have everything because our overall total number of tokens earned is done over the years, and new playser who want everything.
Me even though I am an old player all my pets are battlepets and I buy all-the-books, so I have a demand for trinkets all year around. The price over the year varies as I buy as many as I can stand without getting bored. RIght now, Trinkets are cheap. This makes it possible for new users who quest to get all the old items by buying them from old users. Gosh if only the old users who are talking about fragmentizing these currencies would sell them for a price new users could afford without clicking themseleves to exhaustion. :)
Accept all dances, this is not a Subeta administration problem. It is a problem of users' own feelings and their own making.
i support this idea, but i feel like refreshing for all the dances after accepting is just as easy.
You know how, after you accept a dance, you can go to the dance floor and see the two avatars together?
Well, every time I see this suggestion, I just imagine the user going to the dance floor and it just being stuffed with avatars everywhere. That would be hilarious.
Of course, considering how slowly dance floors load, just one person doing that would probably Break the Servers for Life. But it would be a glorious, magnificent end.
So beyond that amazing picture in my head, how do I feel about this suggestion? Eh. I'm always afraid that in the notices for accepted dances I may miss that someone requested a dance, but I usually catch them with the next request and a refresh. An accept all button would prevent that, but as others stated above that could be negated by the system "eating" dances.
Maybe a better solution, at least to part of the problem, would be to make the alert for the dance request bigger and the alert for the accepted dance smaller, considering one requires a response and the other does not.
I don't have a problem with refreshing a lot if I get a ton of dances. That said, the ONLY time I think such a thing would be useful is if we were in, like, the final 10 minutes of Masquerade before May 1, and there's an option for a Dance Party!!!!!!! that accepts all pending dances, for every user. I really do worry about how something like that would be programmed, though.
I always try to imagine different sidebar event categories that could make these things easier. Right now everything gets shoved into “other” which can also mean totally unrelated events getting missed.
i just check on the dance invite page for any dances i have waiting, and refresh a bunch after accepting the first one. that usually takes care of things, and as far as i'm aware none of my tokens get eaten. masquerade is already fairly straightforward and not very time consuming, i don't see a need for an 'accept all' button (especially since last time it was eating dances)
