Battle Achievement Won't Trigger

I've been chipping away at battling opponents that I was missing the achievement rewards for, and noticed that it didn't seem to be counting properly. Specifically for the Mad Scientist (beat 10 times) achievement.
Somehow i've beaten them 2, 5, and 10 times at the same time, according to all these.

Using latest Chrome, Windows 10.
This is a known issue with certain battle achievements including this one. If you file a ticket, a UA can manually award these!

Is there a specific list available of which ones are bugged? Or should I check for what's wonky as I chip away?
I think this is a list but I am not sure if all are still bugged.

Fruit Punch
Fuyaira
Mad Scientist
These bugged because they had old achievements and then when the battle system was redone, they added more and that caused a problem.
