Got a gift notification but it doesn't show in gift center?

I got this notification, the 5 hours ago is correct to the time of me posting this
yet when i click on the link i only see two previous gifts i got.
is there a bug? is it gone to the void? hope i'm posting to the correct section! thanks in advance

file a ticket i saw someone say they had an issue with emojis sending gifts/smails/comments into the void, and i'm guessing this is what happened to you
