Subscription GA doesn't last full month?

I have a Quester subscription plan, but as of 4/21/2020 it no longer shows me as having a gold account, My bank statements show payment as normal on March 22nd, and I haven't cancelled anything, so I'm not sure why the GA would suddenly expire a day early. I know I was correctly showing as having a GA for the past few days- I've been able to autoprice, do 15 quest, etc. but now cannot. I first noticed due to a giant video ad that scared the bejeezus out of me.

For the future- if you have further issues with subscriptions, go ahead and file tickets from now on instead of using the forums. This is for your privacy because they often involve sensitive information (like payments and transactions information) :)
