I'm having a hard time using the wardrobe today on my desktop. Items are missing and when I search for an item (say: mint) sometimes nothing comes up or only 10 items show. When I search blonde wigs, only 3 pages show. I have the feeling there are more wigs than that with that colour. It's also very slow switching between layers.

I still cannot use the highlights function. There's double items showing up and there's even NON CW showing up in the CW only option.

Went to put on one of my BEACH outfits and it says I have to BUY several items. I've WORN these outfits on site before and already owned them. Makes me wonder what items are missing that I didn't have put together in an outfit. I wouldn't have known if I didn't have OUTFIT. Will these items be replaced?

I've noticed this too! I tend to go through phases of buying items in all recolours so I have the whole set and lately I'm noticing items from sets I know I'd completed coming up as 'add to wardrobe' when I'm questing. Mostly so far it's been lower value sP and holiday items I'm noticing are gone but I don't like what this implies about the security of user owned items on the site as this is the second time in two years stuff has started going missing from people's wardrobes.

It sounds very odd that you're missing items. I would recommend filing a ticket, as well as verifying that your password has not been compromised (see news post)

Lastly, it seems you are a returning user - have you checked the information about the missing wardrobe item glitch that happened about a year ago?

If you think you're missing items as well, it would be best to file a ticket about it :) (Also check the pw compromise situation, a lot of data breaches lately 😰)

is it worth filing a ticket if I'm replacing the items as I find them missing? Last two items I noticed missing were that glass slipper backdrop from the token shop and purple wainscoting and I've replaced them both now.

Also I've been finding the concept of filing tickets stressful lately and I get hella avoidant of stressful things, lmao km.

I can definitely understand wanting to avoid stress, but I believe our UAs are super friendly and will try to help you out with tracking down missing items. That being said, it's up to you if you think the items are relatively low cost, to replace them yourself. 💗 It's definitely difficult to track our items though, I know if I had missing things, I probably wouldnt even notice, so I hope that its not a similar glitch to last time.

I'm missing more than half my hairs and a bunch of other items. In the old wardrobe, I had over 1200 pages of stuff, now it's 836ish pages. From over a hundred pages of just hairs to five. Filed a ticket but nothing is being resolved for me as of yet. And honestly, I wouldn't even know where to START to even begin replacing them. It's a collection I've been building for 10+ years with some of it from the cash shop, Subeautique or free gifts but mostly just random hairs I've brought or got as Melody gifts.

The current wardrobe holds 100 items per page. I don't remember what the options were on the old wardrobe but depending on the items per page you were used to using previously, that could account for less pages. There's also now a separate Hair layer which didn't exist in the old wardrobe so separating the Hair and Head layers could also account for some of the difference

If you still think there are items missing, it would be a case for filing a ticket though, like said above [edit] Sorry, just saw that you did already file a ticket 😅
