hello everyone !! i was wondering if anyone had any guidance for making subeta-style overlays that keep the same shading and general shape as official art. i browsed the forums a bit, but didn't see any tutorials or the like. if you know of a thread that details this info, please link it below !! if not, tell me your overlay secrets !!!

I'd find a version of the pet that's as monocrome as possible and use it as a luminosity layer if I wanted it to be exact.
