I noticed this morning when I go edit my notepad an apostrophe appears, and a new one appears with every edit. When I delete all those apostrophes and hit "update notepad" the top apostrophe stays there.. I'm not sure what's happening, surely it's a bug.

i am having the same issue when updating my posts.

Doesn't seem to be limited to notepad, as I've noticed it in forums and possibly other areas of the site.

I noticed it when I hover over items and posting on forums. On this particular post every time I update/edit the dance counts, 1 more apostrophe shows up. https://subeta.net/forums.php/gotopost/65299399
