' Hello! For the past hour to hour and a half, since about 10:30PM Subeta Time, I have been unable to buy from the user shops. I first figured this out while questing, attempting to purchase directly from the shop search page. There, I receive the error 'Your most recent purchase failed. An unknown error occurred.' No matter what shop I attempt to buy from, even choosing the more expensive options, and I have more than enough sP on hand. I am able to buy immediately from the main Subeta shops. I attached a image showing this error, if it helps. I am also not able to manually go into the shop, find the item, and buy it. No matter whose shop I visit, or what item I search for, it shows the item as on display. When I attempt to click it, I am redirected to a message stating 'This item's price has changed! Please go back and try again if you'd like to purchase it for its new price of 5,969 sP.', with the sP depending on the item that I chose. Nothing changes with the item and I receive the same error repetitively. But I get this error for every quest item that I have looked up so far, in every person's shop. It is making it quite impossible to finish quests. :( I had just a enough time after my nephew's baseball game to get my wizard and saggi quests done, but I couldn't do it with this error. Sad day~ I am using Firefox on Windows 10. Thanks for any help on this, Subeta team! Happy Masquerade!

EDIT: We are receiving the items, despite the error. I didn't think to check. /facepalm

I'm getting that too but I just checked and I did get the item. Strange.

Oh my gosh I didn't even think to check, but I am getting the items, despite the error. Thanks for adding that on there! Now I have some overpriced duplicates haha but at least I can quest :D

I'm having the same problem - the shop claims that this error occurred, but checking in my inventory, I got the item despite the error.

I’m getting is too! I just bought three of the same items and I went to check my inventory and there they are.

I’m assuming it’s ok to do quests because you’re sti paying for them and acquiring the item?

Yes it keeps saying that but it still buys the item any way. I started checking right away after I accidentally bought 2 the 1st time. Did that all during quests.

Yep I just bought an extra 6 masks that I didn't mean to.

This is still happening! I bought 3 of an expensive item :(

there are some other issues as well - games not being able to start and the 'move to wardrobe' button when buying from the main shops...
