Inspired by Pick A Door! Only this game the players can set the options.
It's really simple! We're on a never ending adventure and it's up to each of us to explain what's going on via the paths we take, the stops we make, etc.
Example:
Person 1: Three Paths, Left, Right Center Person 2: -chooses Right path- Person 3: You wander down a dark and gloomy path that feels as if it will never end, suddenly you find a crossroads. Which way do you go? Left of Right?
And from there the person who posts next picks a path, the next person explains what happens, then lays out another option. So it seems every other post will give you details on where you're going or what you do! Let's see where we end up and what we do along the way. I hope this makes sense!
I'll start! You're choiced with four paths. North, East, South, West. Which way do you go?
I follow the path to the north!
You walk along a dusty path littered with leaves and debris, the sky above is slowly clouding over. It will rain surely. Do you keep walking or step off the path and find shelter?
Keep walking! Bring on the rain!
A little rain never hurt anyone! You shrug and continue on, bracing yourself against the drops that fall. So far your journey has been rather uneventful but that soon changes when you reach another split path in the road, but both ways are blocked by a group of unsavory characters.
Do you turn and head back the way you came for a while or attempt to pay the toll and walk on? Or do you try and dart by and run like heck?
I pay the toll to each unsavory lurking character one delicious potato from my 10lb sack of russet baking potatoes, unlocking both paths, hopefully. This uses up nearly half the bag. I had no idea there were that many! Maybe some of them were hiding until the starchy goodness came out.
