I hope this is the right place for this : / My items won't layer like they used to,for instance, if I was to layer my shirt under my jacket it appears to be frozen there it is now, this goes for all the items I am wearing ,where there they are now is where they stay,i used to be able to drag them where I wanted them, I can't do the now

Could be a browser functionality issue? Check to see if it happens on another browser and see if you can move your items between other items to layer them. Possibly your browser could have updated and lost that functionality
