You know, I've never actually seen a hornet in real life. They might just not be as native in So-Cal where I'm from, but yeah.. hornets are never good and murder hornets are even worse.

There was a wasp at work yesterday!!!! I didn't get stung, which is fortunate. I would have had a severe reaction, possibly anaphylaxis. I need to get to the doctor to get an Epi-Pen but I keep putting it off :(

Urgh, yellow jackets. Pretty glad I've never come across one. I'm probably just lucky that I've never actually come across a wasp nest.

Kind of funny, but I've had wasps literally next to my front door and they never bother me. They just zoom out, float around a bit and go back. Me: leaves house Wasps: "Oh, it's you. Cool"

I think I might have to invest in a few zapper rackets for these murder hornets, though. >:[

When murder hornets attack, bees will make "shrieks, fear screams and panic calls" to help their colony survive.

Those might be paper wasps. It's very rare for those to attack I think. We had some living near the house this last summer. Nervous around them still, thanks to getting attacked by a yellowjacket quite a few years back, but they don't mind my presence and it was kind of cute seeing them land on the ground to drink sprinkler water.

I try not to think. It interferes with being nuts.
