I am missing stacks of items from my vault.

I had 40-50 of each of the Layer Cards in my alchemy category in my vault. I noticed some were missing today because I happened to pick up a Layer Card: Neck from a quest and stuck it in my vault. It did not stack with my other layer cards. So I did an account search and found only that single card. Then I checked the rest of my alchemy supplies and I'm also missing: [item=Layer Card: Head] [item=Layer Card: Arms] [item=Alchemy Token: Decal] [item=Alchemy Token: Toy]

Additionally I'm missing stuff I keep around for questing, like and

I have no idea what else I might be missing :(

Is this the missing wardrobe items, vault version?????
