This hasn't been a problem yet, so this is just a preemptive notice /guide the in case you are wrangling and you become aware of the fact that somebody you blocked has a request through other users (for example). I submitted a ticket and got a couple of responses that have the same general idea:
If you blocked somebody, it's best that you do not add them to the list on your own.
These means that our options are: ❤ pass the menu off to somebody else until the blocked user is no longer on it.
❤ do not add them to the list and just have somebody else watch the request.
❤ if neither of the above can happen, just walk away until the person you blocked has left. Make sure to state that you have left so people know that the menu is unattended, but you don't have to say why. The menu is usually fine on its own for a few hours.
If people ask why somebody isn't on the menu, you are not obligated to say why publicly. Remember, if you block somebody, you have to stay away from them too. The menu keeps things easier for everybody, but bites will happen on the thread even if you don't add them to the menu as long as they pinged the correct group.
I hope this helps. If you have any questions regarding site rules, submit a ticket so that staff can answer you directly.
