currently, our only options regarding this on the edit shop page are receive events: yes or no. i think it would be a nice if we could set a certain sP threshold at which to be notified when an item is purchased from your shop. im glad when people scoop up a ton of junk items from my shop, but i could really do without a new event for each of their purchases every time i clear one.
for example, if i set it to >99,999 sP, i would only get an event if something was purchased for equivalent to or over that amount.
currently, the only way to achieve something like this would be to put all of your items under whatever amount you wanted in one shop, and all items over the amount in another and turn off events for the former, however sorting all your items like this before stocking them into each respective shop is a lot more time consuming for such a small QOL improvement.
im not sure about the logistics of implementing this, but its an idea ive had floating around for a while. any thoughts/comments/concerns?
One work around for this that I do is turn off events in my main shop, and then have another shop where I only sell expensive things, and have alerts turned on there. Since we're allowed multiple shops (and get an auto price per shop) it's worked out well.
[edit] Ooops, I didn't see that you did mention this as a workaround, but I still think it's pretty feasible. ^^;
I have soooooo wanted this option. Full support.
My current work around is turn off the notices, use the shop widget and keep an eye out for larger number changes, but that's spotty at best.
The other work around (2 shops) doesn't really work well for me because I eventually want one selling shop, 3 themed galleries and 2 storage galleries
