Just wondering if any of you have a tribute pet/profile for your real life pet? :) I would love to see them & also get to know why they're so special to you ♥! I know there is the Memorial Pet listing which is so sweet, but I'd love to see present pets, too.

I am obsessed with my cat so that obviously turned into making a pet dedicated to her, and then decking out a profile for her, too. Her profile is set up like an adoption page - just like if you are going to adopt her! - because she is a rescue cat and that's exactly what I did (adopt her!)

My pet Rose is for my sister that passed on. She always loved and accepted me for what I am. Then Mocha. It was our dog, mostly hers, it died shortly after she did. I was devistated for so long.

I lost Kanestra in 2018... She was 16 years old. I was with her when she passed of natural causes. (The pet was created on the day she passed, and originally was named after her.)

In 2019, my mom and I moved from our delipidated old house to an apartment. My two house cats at the time (6-year-old Pesto and Pesky, who wasn't quite a year old) were placed outside by someone who was helping us out and they were never seen again. (They probably got chased off by some stray cats that frequented the area.) I'm still grieving them and I get upset when I think about it, so I haven't done much with the pet since I decided to change the pet's name and make it a tribute for them as well. Still, it is comforting to have at least some sort of a tribute for them.

Mine are based on people actually.. my pet Mohammed is based on my husband, and Theros is based on my mom. ❤

I was also lucky to get an overlay for her from another user whose name I have forgotten (I'm sure I have it written down somewhere... Animalzrforever maybe? Something like that.) They did a really good job and it looks a lot like her - even down to the dumb look she gets on her face when she's staring at me, silently begging for treats. XD

I'm still looking for tribute pets for my two other dogs, would love to find pets born on their birthdays...

My pets Kiwi and Porter are named after my two real life puppies! Their pictures are here and here! Kiwi is a 7 month old boston terrier and porter is a 3 month old GSP!
