If you go to interact -> forums -> forum groups

That page shows all of the groups on site, and the tag for each group is the text at the bottom of each square in parenthesis. For example, my personal ping group is

Then you just include that tag ( or whatever else) in a forum post.

You're welcome! :D Keep in mind some groups may have restrictions such as only admins or group members can ping.
