While browsing a flower apperared and I went to click it, when I did the small window that tells you what you picked glitched out and it showed a small and stretched version of the page I was at, I closed it and checked my inventory and there's no new flower there.

Do you have multiple tabs open? Because if you do, there may have been another flower in another tab that generated after the one you clicked on. If you generate another flower, the first one will give you that error.

It's also possibly you might have double-clicked the flower? That can produce the error too.
