While exchanging mage amulets, I've had at least 4 amulets mysteriously disappear this week. All amulets that disappeared, did so while I was exchanging a different amulet and have not been the same type of amulet as the one exchanged. Disappeared amulets have all been wind element.

The instances:

A few days ago I was exchanging 12 amulets at once, of which 3 went missing. I was ctrl+l clicking each so they'd open in a new page(it's just faster that way), but upon clicking the last three amulets I only got a "You don't have that item" -window, and when I refreshed the page, the amulets were gone. I checked and had gotten back only 9 items.

Today I went to the Mage with three amulets - fire, wind, and death. After exchanging the fire amulet, I was left with only the death amulet. The wind amulet disappeared from both the list and my inventory.

The first instance happened while I was playing on Chrome, second instance on Firefox.

(edits: fixing words. I wrote "amulet" as "tome" ._. )

I want to apologize for not responding to this sooner. If you believe that you are losing items, please file a ticket so that a UA can look into your logs. Is this still happening to you?

I'm filing a ticket now. It's still happening every time I go to mage with more than 1 amulet in my inventory. I hope that shows in the logs. If not ... I guess I'll record it happening?

I would think it would show in the logs but a UA is more well versed in searching those!
