It is kind of a long story. I had to take a break from Subeta for a few months to deal with life issues. I came back in December. It is then that I found out about the wardrobe glitch. I have been doing some investigating since then and it is a MESS!!!! I should have 13,700+ items in my wardrobe. I have been pretty consistent (almost OCD) about keeping up with that on Subetalodge. My achievements page says that I have a little over 12k items. But, my actual warbrobe only has 9,329 items (including CWs), so there is a HUGE chunk of my items missing.

  1. I have submitted the "Missing items form" with several items (not even close to all of them). Only 37 items were returned and my form was "closed".
  2. I have filed tickets to try to speak with staff about what else I can do to get my items back. They told me about the form, and that didn't work.
  3. I HAVE PROOF to show that I have owned MANY of the items that are missing (very expensive items: cash shop and SBQ items) that are near impossible to get back and I have worked my ass off for 12 years on my account.
  4. I have sent smail messages to a couple staff members and gotten NO RESPONSE!!!

So my question is: Is there ANYONE on staff that gives a damn about members here who put time, MONEY, and effort into their account and supporting this site, that is willing to help me? I am beyond upset. I have literally cried and been stressing over how little anyone seems to care about such a HUGE issue this is, and I do not know how else to get help. I have screen shots and have been putting a lot of time and effort into figuring out what I have lost. I probably will never get back everything, but someone could at least act like they give a damn.

The items that were determined to be missing from this bug were missing from every user's wardrobe. As in, the list is likely complete in its entirety because we all crowdsourced which items were missing as a team. If you're missing items that aren't on that list (such as the 4,400+ you are claiming) then there is either something else going on with your account or you are mistaken. I suggest filing a ticket to have staff see if anyone has accessed your account lately and perhaps stolen your wearables.

If you have items that are missing due to the March 2020 Wardrobe glitch, the missing items report form is the place to get items back, and staff check it when they are able to. If you haven't added all of them yet, please make sure to add them!

As for sMailing staff, you actually should not be doing that. Staff are not able to help you through sMail. The Ticket Center is the best place to contact staff with any concerns.
