Help to make American McGee's Alice?

I'm trying to make Alice from this video game.
I've got the outfit and a bunch of options for hair. I need options for blood on her body, a knife for her to hold, high boots with buckles, some kind of creepy black cat to sit at her feet, and a red background. I've been looking through shops but nothing has been right yet. Any suggestions?

For knives, maybe one of these?
As for boots, I'd probably use one of these from my wardrobe, but maybe someone else will have better suggestions.
And as far as red backgrounds go, here are a few in my collection, but I don't know if they fit the game's backgrounds very well as I've never played it. ^^; (Though maybe with some filters/foreground items you might still make some of them work out?)
I didn't really spy any good blood items in my own collection that look similar to the picture you posted, but maybe one/some of these could still be useful?
