Kissing buttons won’t work

When I try to kiss someone, I get the never ending “kissing..... “ Then I refresh abs try again, only to find out “You have 9min, 50 seconds”. Is the kiss going through even with this horrendous lag on the event, or is it just another glitch? I don’t see any new candy hearts in my inventory when the kiss doesn’t go through.
I also feel that the kissing time should be reduced

I've been experiencing some serious lag on the kissing command (and forums) as well. But after maybe 30-45 seconds mine are going through and I'm getting the pop-up that confirms it. Using Chrome Version 88.0.4324.190 (Official Build) (64-bit)
please decrease time on kissing at this rate ill never get those damn candy hearts
I wish I could go back in time..
I am having one heck of a time getting my kisses to go through. It just loads and loads for minutes. :( I am on windows 10 using Chrome.

Same here. Kisses are not going through. And of course that's the only way to earn hearts, so this year is tanked.

Yeah, reduced time would be great but also it doesn't help at all when kisses never go through. What's the point in extending time if your time limit can never start?

Same here... they just say "Kissing..." and never load or do anything else. Posting here in case there's an update. Although I can't see the forums anyway XD
It took 9 minutes to get that last kiss to work. Once you add that to the wait time in between trying to kiss, I think I am better off buying the hearts. LoL

Just want to throw in my hat that I'm experiencing the same frustrations. I would like to kiss directly on some of my friend's profiles and it only ever says "kissing" and does not finish loading. It's pretty disappointing.
Also using google Chrome.
