I moved some of them thinking they were received as Lumi presents already... but the number of items in my inventory is rapidly fluctuating with random items getting added. I just had 136, moved an item now there are 125. Many totally random items. When I sort by timeline they all show as recently added.
Does it fluctuate only when you change the sort or does it fluctuate when you are just refreshing? There are some sort categories that will not show all your items because they currently don't have a label for that category. Timeline should always show all your items (as long as you are not over the display limit that is listed at the top).

it has stopped fluctuating..but there are still quite a few random items (some from my wishlist, others unrelated like a ) in my inventory.
The sticker is from fighting a challenger. Did you recently have a battle?

I never battle and the sticker wasn't on my WL or anything so I don't think it would've been randomly gifted. It also didn't show up in my past gifts.
