Hey everyone! Just thought that I would note that the lost password function is currently broken. It was functioning properly about two weeks ago, but when submitting a request, it will bring up a largely blank page with just subeta's header information - it's suppose to have text saying something like "you will receive an email with a link to reset your password," but neither this text will show up, nor will any email be sent. I've tried this on firefox, google chrome, and mobile safari and had the exact same outcome.

I've had my password reset manually but I thought it would be worth mentioning here, as it's both an integral feature for the site, but it's also Survival so there might be a lot more users looking to log in that forgot their log in credentials!

my two friends also never received their "lost password" e-mails. One of them was able to remember their passrord but the other is locked out of her account. I'd be happy to know when there are any news on this bug so I can let her know she can try it again! :3

If they remember a lot of the personal information on their account, they can try sending an email to subeta support at support@ subeta.net But if it's been a long time and they might not remember this information, it might be easier to simply wait for the password reset feature to be fixed!

I was able to recover my account the way that is talking about. It was basically a numbered questionnaire with various facts I might have remembered about my account. I definitely didn’t remember everything but I was able to provide enough detail to show it was, indeed, me :3
