I'm not certain how useful some of these will be to you (a couple of these are REALLY old items, and it shows, and one set is on a headband, though I've still found use for them on occasion and figure they're worth mentioning), but these are items chilling in my wardrobe (no CWs, I don't have the disposable income for that). And these probably REALLY aren't what you want as they're hats, but, personally, I've found they can be useful when layered under hair/wigs, so it might be worthwhile to just play with them a little? (No judgment if you're not into this, I just make do with cheap items a lot and figured some budget options were totally worth mentioning, haha~) And then there's this hair coupon which is DEFINITELY worth mentioning! The hair salon in the wardrobe is pretty broken at the moment, so it might not be worth investing in yet to customize, but once the salon issues are fixed up, this hairstyle is lovely, you can customize the colors and (when highlights are working) the ears can be colored separately from the main hair color.
