Hi! So, I haven't used the salon in a really long time and for some reason many of the hairs I used to be able to use are all red-check-marked. How do I get them back? Like, I get if they were hairs that were from the cash shop, but these weren't. They were free since the salon was created. How do I get them again?

Also, as a side note, for some reason some of these hairs don't seem to have highlights available either..??

The hair salon has a ton of issues which are reported, probably includes all the ones you have mentioned. They have decided to overhaul the hair salon code completely to fix all these issues.
