As I sit here thinking who I want to base my HA on, I want to see who or what you based your ideas on. Trying to get the creative juice a flowing

I'm thinking of going inventor.

Generally I like to recreate characters from books and movies that I like, or with some references. Then I also often do HA who represent me, in more or less realistic situations. For example, now I have made myself in the Hufflepuff version.

Finally, sometimes I create HA without initial models, generally I start from an item and I get carried away: D

For my current HA, I'm trying to nail Harrowhark Nonagesimus from the Locked Tomb series! Wish there was some decent skull face paint but alas, I haven't stumbled across anything yet.

Lately I've been taking inspiration from characters for D&D campaigns I'm currently in. My current avatar is of my Monday/Thursday group's half-elf sorceror, Pendragon.

I kind of wonder this as well since I kind of just toss things on and go from there. Any well thought of plans gets forgotten as I mess about. I hardly change my HA though.

I'm not sure if I'll keep my current on or go back to the owl HA.

mine is loosely inspired by katniss everdeen, one of my favorite fictional characters who also reminds me of myself <3 maybe one of these days i'll make my HA look entirely like her, but for now, i enjoy my personal flair to it :~)

I am a transgender man, so mines based off of what I would like myself to look like.

Currently, it's a cosplay of Solar Boy Django from the Boktai series, but it's not quite finished yet. Edit:: I am no longer Django, I am now random vampire lady

I have so many costume ideas it's not even funny. But! Now my avatar is styled after my namesake, Mima from Touhou Project! Might tweak it a bit here and there, but it'll be my "home base", so-to-speak.

I just go with inspiration. Means some of the avatars last awhile and they usually take me an hour or two to tweak with all the small details I want. Current inspiration is Shinsou Hitoshi from BNHA.

My current one is just a sort of general forest faun inspo. I typically try and take inspiration from a particular theme in whatever book or game I'm playing. This was kind of a combination of various Dragon Age and WoW characters that I sort of mushed together. XD
