I hope I'm posting this in the right place!

I'm new to the hair salon - if I put a redeemable hair style in there and I wanted to use the original colors for it, is that doable. For example, I put Wry in there and its half blonde and half gray but I'm struggling with the highlights and it doesn't look like I can achieve the same color scheme?

Highlights aren't working, haven't for a few months now. It's being worked on. Can't go back to the original color though.
