If you like the reborn color, perhaps the Reborn Jollin? It has spots similar to a lot of hyena breeds.

There's really not that many pets that look like hyenas, it's tough because hyenas are in such a weird place evolutionarily and aren't related closely to dogs OR cats...

Here's some suggestions that might fit.

Not quite dog, not quite cat, but toothy and fierce.

I guess they're a bit more like saber-toothed bears, but it's a thought.

If you wanted to go more for a striped hyena/aardwolf-like look rather than the better-known spotted hyena.

This art especially has the sort of back/body structure of a spotted hyena, too.
