I posted a bug about not being able to play spectrail over a year ago and I never got it resolved. I tried posting back on that same post on the 7th and have not gotten any answers. I was going to file a ticket but the rules say not to file a ticket unless its harmful or I need reimbursement so what can I do? I would like to get this resolved or looked into a bit deeper as it is a bit frustrating not being able to play a game that is tied to an achievement. Should I file a ticket? I do not want to get in trouble.

Filing a ticket unfortunately won't help with bugs, as UAs who handle tickets are not programmers who can fix bugs. Subeta's staff are stretched pretty thinly atm, so bug fixing has to be prioritized. A lot of their programming mojo is focused on new.subeta and CW related problems, so unfortunately, it may be slow waiting for follow up on other issues, but we just have to be patient :)

you won't get in trouble for filing Tickets unless you are filing a ton of them or harrassing staff or something.

As our MiniMod has said though, a Ticket here won't help though.
