Hello, there! I am wanting to get a pet profile coded, but I am not great at doing things from scratch and I have been unable thus far to figure out how to get a layout the way I want by trying to modify other premades or piecing bits of coding together.

What I am wanting is to use this art (one year anniversary gift my boyfriend got for us last month) as a background for about half of the layout, and then have a scrolling box of the pet info, text, treasure, etc on the other half.
