So yeah, I'm here or at least I think I am...I've been periodically logging in for oh about ~4-6 years just to peek in and what not but I don't think I've been actively present for oh maybe...6-8 or so? My account tells me I've been on here for ~12 years...

I used to be a "Neopets" junkie myself and met my best friend there...well used to be, I no longer have a way to get in touch with her anymore.

Anyhow, I'm thinking of being a little more present here but...when the weather warms up again or rather I can start planting again, who knows. Anyway apparently a lot has changed but it still seems the same to me. I love it, like coming home to an old friend.

I can certainly say I'm not who I was on here anymore, and I'm interested in finding anyone who's on here that's 25+ since I'm on the + side of that. haha!

Basically if you don't care about your pets' legacy name, the feature doesn't matter at all and you can just ignore it haha, if that's what you mean?

I have a pet you can see as an example https://subeta.net/petinfo.php?petid=820874 He has what you might consider a rubbish name, but I can change it to something less rubbish like Bob However on his profile you can see "Legacy Name: Braig_813" under his current name, so that pool feature just removes the Legacy name. It's just a minor feature, it's not really important to gameplay c:

Yes! It's under Personal > Pets At the dropdown on the top right corner of the pet, there is a 'Change Name' option, and all the info is on that page c:

I moderate Achievements, General Discussion and Welcomes (here), so that's probably where you'll normally find me. If you're looking to have people to play Subeta + Chat with, there are a lot of groups in Chit Chat that are quite friendly and supportive c: A lot of them help each other for events etc. so it might be worth seeing if any of the groups there interest you c:

creating an HA is an entire journey for me, especially w CWs because they suck me into spending money LMAO so I try to create like one really good one that I'll keep around for like months xD
