For context, I start with Shinwa before accepting any other daily quest.

This past week, after Shinwa redirects me to a quest-giver page, clicking the Start Quest button will sometimes lead to a page telling me time's run out. It fails the quest automatically before I've even started it, even though:

1. I double check that I've completed all applicable daily quests from the previous day, so there's nothing to fail.
2. as far as I remember (could be wrong though), if I did fail a quest, there shouldn't be a clickable green button.

I haven't been diligently keeping track, but I'd say around 2 quests get pre-failed every day. This only happens if I'm redirected to a quest-giver through Shinwa.

Ultimately, it's only few quests, so it's not a big deal. I just thought it was weird and was wondering if anyone else also had this problem.

Oof, sorry it took so long to reply! I'm seeing the error message right after pressing the green "Start Quest!" button. So essentially, as soon as I accept the quest, it tells me I've failed it.

Does it take up that quest (does the counter go up 1)?

Yes, it takes up the quest.

Lightning edit: I should note that I just tried it again today and the error did not happen. Maybe whatever it was sorted itself out?

[.glaze] Hopefully! I'll leave this thread open a little longer just in case, though. If it happens again can you try to post the specifics, like the time, quest, etc. Might make it easier for a programmer to pinpoint the issues.

So today's 4th Shinwa quest directed me to Quentin. I clicked the "Visit Quentin" button on Shinwa's page and was sent to an "Out of Time" link for Quentin. Time was 9:51PM EST (so just a couple minutes before I'll be posting this reply). If it makes a difference, I had already done 5 Quentin quests earlier in the day, and this was supposed to be the 6th. The quest log now shows 6/10 quests completed.

Should I stop questing for the day, or can I keep going?

Hello, sorry for the lack of activity. I haven't had the time to do much more than go to bathhouse these months, but I just went to Carl's page (intending to buy something from his shop) and saw that I got a quest time-out for some reason. It did take up a quest slot, and I hadn't been doing any questing nor had I accepted a quest from Shinwa.
