Anyway to be able to buy a ton of snowballs would be a great help trying to get to 50k snowballs thrown. I used to be able to just refresh the page to buy another one but since this is no longer an option perhaps a drop down where you can select how many of a certain type you would like to buy?

I like this idea. Or, it could be to buy packs of ten or fifty. Snowballs aren't a heavy sP sink, so there could be an upcharge for the service. Nobody who can buy 50K of them was poor in the first place.

I would support some variation of this. Let us buy stacks. Or refresh the page. Or a drop down with quantity.

The 50k achievement is really just there to penalize anyone who didn't mass buy during the 2014 snowball war, when mass buying in quantity was actually a thing! They took away the buying functionality, but kept the achievement that only a tiny percentage was ever able to obtain.

Um...just did some maths. Not great at maths, but: 50000 snowballs. Need to wait 30 seconds between purchases. 417 hours to buy 50K?

I mean, if someone is quite dedicated (not insane about it), even buying 120 snowballs a day would be a heavy load. This would take well over a year even if the shop was open all year, which it isn't.

Long term goals are great and all, but this is ridiculous. Considering people have school, jobs, need to eat and sleep and have fun. I think even with bulk buying, its still a huge challenge. Because even once you have the snowballs, you still have to throw them!

Fully support mass buy or some form of this!

Always in support of a good sP sink! Even if it's 20k instead of 10k for 10 snowballs.

I would love an option to pay to use the snowtapult and they provide a snowball. Either pay each time to throw a snowball, or buy passes that are good for x number of throws.

Okay I had no idea that you were able to mass buy them at one point but that makes so much more sense! I thought that achievement was supposed to take like 10 years or something. It sucks that the last tier prize is a book! Yes please let us buy them in bulk :) Any repetitive action that doesn't allow me to press the F5 key instead of clicking is a huge NO from me.

Please. PLEASE. There is literally zero reason not to do this. I was buying from user shops throughout the year because that's much faster than the stupid shop system and it still took forever to amass about 8k. This is going to end up as a site feature nobody bothers to use. There should also be an option somewhere to 'just keep throwing until you run out of ammo' for getting rid of larger quantities, I would happily pay for that.

I would probably be more inclined to try for the achievement if buying snowballs had this option. Doesn't throwing the snowballs have a wait time anyway? If so, I feel like it should be one or the other, not both.

YES I would like to be able to at least refresh the page to buy. And why is there a limit how fast it goes? theres no real reason to make us wait time between?

also PLEASE let people opt out, I feel weird using the random button when what if someone is stressed out by it??

I actually thought that we used to have this. I feel like we used to be able to buy 1, 5, or 10 at a time. This would be really, really helpful to have.

I believe there was a way to buy multiples at a time before. (Found a 2015 post about everyone wanting the ability to buy them in multiples again, so I guess that was a one time thing for the snowball fight competition thing). Even being able to buy 10-25 at a time and still have a 30 second timer to a 1 minute from those buys would be nice. 1 snowball every 30 seconds isn't really that great.. considering the top tier is 50k snowballs thrown.

I also get it though because you could load up on thousands and shops were flooded with them, so they probably just wanted people to buy from user shops and clear them out. But that was 6 years ago. Most of the cheapest snowballs in user shop only have a max of 30 (I can't really tell if there is still an ungodly amount, lol.)

I think for people who have issues with their wrists and hands it is especially hard and time consuming; 50,000 snowballs is a freaking lot and it certainly deters me from throwing snowballs because my hands could not handle clicking all the time!! I don't even know if I will ever get those tier prizes outside of getting them from free shop or some other form of distribution or someone selling them. A way to purchase multiple snowballs would be one of the best quality of life updates for the snowtapult and actually make throwing snowballs fun!!

Yes, please! The amount of time you have to spend to get to 50K is ridicilous!

Mass buying and throwing snowballs this way is as far away from fun as you can possibly get.

I have managed to painfully grind my way to 4k thrown. Out of 50k. I still have almost 5k snowballs hoarded but I am not going to be using them. This is completely not worth it. I might force myself to get to the 5k milestone but I'm sure as hell not doing any more.

If you're not going to fix this feature to be more balanced and user friendly, you may as well get rid of it entirely, because there is nothing remotely fun about this.

I can only agree and support all the above posts. The snowball achievement is ridiculous under the current system.
