Hi, I am pretty sure I had something around 27 days visited, but on achivement counter it shows only 24 days. Do you think I can file a ticket so staff could check it? Or its not possible?

The 25-day achievement is only for going from the 1st through the 25th, not any 25 days of the month, so if your missed day(s) are from before the 25th, you won't get the achievement

See 's post above. If you believe you didn't miss any of the first 25 days, or are unsure, you can file a ticket to see if a UA can check what day(s) you missed.
