Returning player here, I'm just curious how much SP a person would have to have to be considered rich in the current in-game economy. I'm extremely out of touch and it seems like there are plenty of items worth over 50m+ SP, so does that mean closer to 1billion+ SP is qualified as rich?

Not looking for a firm answer, just personal feelings/ballpark estimates.

The is # Richest user function is broken but the richest user is sitll sitting on 54b.....so 1b is far from Rich if your trying to be . It drops pretty dramatically after that but back when it was working, you needed at least 4b to be in the top 100. 1b would get you in 600-700ish.

That doesn't mean 1b pure sP isn't a lot. You can do quite a bit with it. There isn't much you cant buy other than top tier prizes.

Considering the richest user has 54B and the average user 25M, I'd say that around 2B could be considered "rich" - but pure sP isn't the only, or even main consideration.

Its more about buying power, how comfortable would you feel dropping 50M on a single purchase? How much expensive stuff do you want? If you have 100B in wants, 2B isn't going to go far. On the other hand if you mostly have what you already want and you're only keeping sP around to buy new stuff you "must have," then 1B, or even 500M could feel pretty rich too.

At the bottom of each page of Subeta there's a line of tiny links. One of those is About Subeta. It says that the average user has a skoosh more than 25MsP. So another possible answer will need you to decide for yourself how many standard deviations from this is 'rich".

Or that many sP if it were convertible which is it not at all convertible at all but if it were would be USD 3.2 and what does that mean to you

I imagine it also depends on what goals you have. I personally have no concept of sp value because I don't actively spend it, so it just sits there, and is always more than enough to cover my on whim desire.

Many of the items selling for 50M+ are probably obtainable in a different way than outright purchasing from a player shop (or will become so at some point -- i.e. crystal stop, cs hustler, re-release, etc.).

4B is considered rich in my case i have around 3 million in my bank and counting, that made me middle class in subeta (kinda).

Wow thanks for the insights everyone, this definitely gives me tons of food for thought. I also discovered on your dashboard that you can see your ranking for 'richness' right there in plain sight! Is that statistic accurate? Because it seems to be inaccurate compared against what some of you have said here based on my current SP balance.

But generally speaking I would agree that pure SP isn't the only gauge of how 'rich' someone is, I just thought it was a fun idea to compare. It turns out I wasn't the only one after all!

I think overall I was just more curious how everyone else felt about the value of SP, and I can see there's quite an array of opinions here. I'd have to say I'm on the boat where my money just sits around and it's value doesn't mean much, mostly because I don't purchase things... Maybe I should think about spending my dang cash already! :)

Thanks for confirming it's not accurate. It definitely seemed wildly offbase being ranked 60th despite people here saying that many billions is actually 'rich' whereas I'm sitting in just the baby league millions. XD

I've never reached 1b because if I start to hoard I end up spending it on myself or friends, but I would say anything 1billion or over is pretty rich.

I sit on multiple millions constantly at this point. I can restock for a day and make around 3-10million just from that. Doing all the quests can get you a couple mil each day as well.

You make some good points, I think I just need to get back in the habit of doing all of those dailies to make money if I want to make it rich! :D Also wow I'm still like 750mil from the 1b mark, I've definitely got my work cut out for me...

I'm at 300mil right now and this is the most I've ever saved :P haha ..... will probably blow it all on my wishlist at some point soon!

I have close to 130 mil. i could buy almost anything off my WL, but in some of those cases, i'd go broke after 1 purchase. Since i can't afford yet the [item2=natasha], or the other few weapons selling for just as much, i feel poor.

The other day hen i came online i got a random event in which i found some 5k sP, and THAT made me feel rich... I'm not talking to any peasants anymore 😂 😂 😂 😂

HOLY COW I have never seen a subeta item priced to high! That's like, the motherlode of blowing money just to look cool! Are there a lot of items like that? I feel like I must have been living under a rock to not know there was stuff like this. I kept thinking stuff priced at like 100mil was a lot. :S

I was sitting at about 250 mil but then I spent a bunch of money on some new pet slots and pets... but hey, that's a big part of the Subeta experience so I don't regret it!

Like i said, there are a few other weapons that sell for the same amount. Natasha is a Millionaire Center item (Tab Explore > Centropolis) To see the the other items, you need to go to the Antique Shop, in Centropolis. These weapons used to be top prizes in past events if i'm not mistaken. I also can't tell you in which sections they can be found, sorry.

I just recovered from the last pet slot i bought XD took me back some 100 mil or 120 mil? I forgot. I'm not visiting that place to remember because i'll be tempted to buy another one, haha

I'd say 1b sP would be rich! I have around 270mil and I don't feel rich lol
