I'm thinking of changing another one of my pets to Hydrus as I love the concept - but I find the vast majority of the pets in that colour quite underwhelming. I'd like to have my mind changed.

I'm leaning toward Hydrus Lain (beautiful draw), but for some reason it doesn't look plausible that it could swim. I also quite like the Legeica in Hydrus colour.

the legeica is my favorite! it also has that swimming motion you're looking for. i'm biased, though! the art for the mahar is also nice and i actually have a real soft spot for the keeto - it's aura is so unique!

thanks for your input. The legeica is gorgeous indeed. (I love your pet concept) Hmm I have to say that I have overlooked the keeto! I don't really care for keetos in general but this version has really nice shell or barnacle like markings and is subtle! The mahar is solid too.

Paralix, Popoko, Tigrean, and Mahar! Would provide images but I play on my phone so its a bit difficult

I'm also a fan of the Kerubi because from this angle it looks like a snooty, fluffy cat.

But I think the Paralix also has that swimming feeling you may be going for!

Legeica takes the spot for me, but I’m also a fan of serpenth

My favorite species is Lain, so of course the Hydrus Lain is my favorite. I think it is the most beautiful. Aside from the Lain, I would have to say that my favorite hydrus pets are the Mahar, Neela and Qrykee.
