Wasn't there a pawn shop coming in December?

There was mention of a cw pawn shop reopening coming this month along with the new cw system. Well the month's almost over...so... isn't there one coming? I thought they said it was coming before Christmas but that didn't happen so lol now I'm wondering if it is coming?
idk, i assumed the "something planned" was the launch of the new cw system + price cuts, not a cw pawn opening
There will be NO sale regarding Custom Wearables or the Pawn Shop during Black Friday. We have something planned that will happen in December for CWs.

But it's pretty clear they were talking about this revamp. However, they could be opening it for the New Year celebrations instead. We still have 4 days of December afterall ;p
