Hover not working in Regular Item Directory

I noticed about 3 days ago, that item hover is not working in the ID. It doesn't work on the main page and it doesn't work when you click on an item to see the additional information.
I am using latest version of Chrome and I'm on my desktop. I have also tried on my laptop. And I also checked on the mobile app. It does not work there either.

this issue has just started for me (was working last night) on the latest version of safari (desktop + mobile) and firefox (desktop)
This started for me as well a few days ago on Win 10 Desktop Chrome. No more hovers or anything on image press. Oddly enough, hovers on mobile chrome on my Android 10 are working just fine.
This has been happening for me as well for the past couple of days or so. It comes and goes, sometimes the hovers work and then they'll stop working the next time I check.
As of the time of this post, they are working for me, but earlier today they weren't.
I'm using Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 laptop.
[edit]At 5:01 PM when I posted this, the hovers were working. Now at around 5:42 PM Subeta time they are not working for me.
Second Edit - at 5:45 PM they are working again. This is so weird lol
I'm seeing this too, no preview hover or even the +wishlist that usually comes up on hover.
edit: I'm also seeing this behavior in other places, like recent posts.

Looks like its missing the site footer because bookmarks don't show either.
-Hover not working -Bookmarks gone -Closing events (pings, shop notifications, achievements, etc etc) -Moving widgets (HA, quests, etc etc) -Footer gone
I am on a Windows 7 desktop with the latest version of Firefox.
edit: I found a fairy whilst making this post!
Thank you! All the issues should be fixed now.
A minor PHP update inadvertently broke the line of code responsible for the footer on that page. Very subtle thing.

I think this has existed for a much longer time, so it might not be related. Go ahead and start a new thread for it. :)
