While I totally understand the need for a character limit on the events we send out, it would be awesome if we had a counter like we do for the forums because otherwise it’s so hard to figure out how close we are to the limit/how far over the limit we are.

Support! I try to keep events brief, but sometimes you need to fit a lot into your announcement and it would be good to know how far to go!
