I haven't seen a Random Event dropping a Treasure Map Piece or an Uncharted Land Map Piece in a long long time. I have no pieces on my account but the Treasure Map Piece 4. The thread in Games "gotta love those REs" goes back to April 2020 and there are no posts there by anyone claiming to have gotten a piece in the entire eight months since.

Did Subeta mean to stop dropping these?

I found a post from November 2017 saying that they won a map piece from Random, which is most likely the only way to obtain one and why they haven't skyrocketed into the tens of millions by now

I'M pretty sure I got an Uncharted Map piece during Morostide, but that might be the Berenstain effect speaking

Well then I guess thats a great option, since less than 0 is still 0. So good.

Less than zero means they start randomly taking away any map pieces you already have. :P

I'm concerned that this has been going on longer than just December. I know I have not received any at all since mid October. Before that my memory gets hazy, so I can't say for certain, but it seems like it's been quite a while.

LOL well then they can have my since those come from the random game and not REs.

I checked each of the random events that are active right now, none of them have changed in months (I made the fairies common and lowered the chances for some others like the maps).

The peaces of treasure maps are so expensive right now! We need to spend more than 15kk just to do once map.. lol

I am still not getting any of these REs and the prices are really high. Each piece is over 2 mill sp in user shops.

Less than a year ago they were ~300k-500k/ea (I was buying them in May 2020), now they are over 2mil/ea. Considering I (and others) still need tons for the achievement, it would be great if the drop rate was increased a smidge.

I hadn't gotten one of these REs in months I think. But FWIW I just found a in my inventory - I'm assuming I just missed the RE, since I don't have any events that would indicate someone gifted it to me. So maybe the rates have increased, or I just got very lucky with the low rates.
