The Blustery Gust of autumn wind has a limb sticking out. But when I layer a background over the base, it covers up too much. When I layer it under the base, it looks like this:

How do I fix this?

I believe you can remove limbs in the wardrobe when you check your HA base.

I'm having a problem with extra limbs in the caroler's outfit. Could you please be more specific on hiding limbs?

Wardrobe- Base- Limbs- Lower Left arm/Lower right arm should be marked as off (turn switch from blue to grey) and you should be arm-less. c:
