Can't select my pets to be nominated for the Pet Spotlight

This is what happens. It has been like this for at least a month, it just didn't bother me before. But I want to change a few of my pets status rn and I can't. Anyone with the same issue? Or perhaps anyone knows what this is?

Do you have any Custom CSS, and which browser are you using?
I tried changing the layout to the default layout and it still works for me. Have you tried in Chrome? As Soph said, it may be custom CSS as well. The only other thing I can think is that maybe an add on or ad blcoker for your browser may be blocking it as well.

I have no CSS and I tried in chrome, firefox and IE. I also changed the layout and it didn't help...

Can you let me know which pets should show? Or at least a few? Just so that we have the most information when a programmer looks into this.

I believe all of them, at least it used to be like that. There's a column with all my pets names, and next to the pet name another column so you check which ones go for spotlight.
Those are my pets:
