Background info: the pets in my Alltumn section only have names that end in -a or -ah. Also, many of them are named after real life celebrities or media.

I'm trying to decide how weird it would be to have a pet named Leah and a pet named Leia in the same section.

I just found out that Carrie Fisher's birthday is on the 21st, and should I ever be lucky enough to get a pet born on October 21st (2017 or 2018 for the Alltumn set), I would want to name that pet Leia.

However, I also really like the name Leah, and I have a pet on October 11th that doesn't really have any real life connections, so I was considering using the name for her.

Obviously "Leah" and "Leia" are not pronounced alike, but they are very similar.

So anyway...any opinions? Would this be weird? Should I just go with it and maybe even incorporate their name similarities into the stories somehow?

I think as long as it doesn't bother you, go for it! I have a couple pets with similar names and they don't bother me because of how different the characters are. I have a Floran and a Florial and also Corinthian and Cointhus lol
