Hello! There are a few ways to get hair. If you go to the wardrobe, there is a bar near the top that says Wardrobe/Base/Items/Skins/Hair/etc. I see you've already figured out the items tab, so If you click on the hair tab you'll find yourself at the hair salon and it should show you some options. When you click on a salon style it will let you adjust the color, then click "Add to Avatar" and it should pop right up.

Alternately, you can just buy some wig items from the shops and throw them into the wardrobe and use them from there. Most will be on the head layer if you looking for them by section.

Every time I tried to click on a style it glitched out because I don't think I own any of them? I'll go check out the wigs!

How weird! Which browser are you using? You can filter for earned/unearned styles and there should be a bunch of default styles available to you so maybe that will help? It shouldn't be glitching regardless though so if you're running into problems that might be a bug worth reporting.
