henlo, i klick on them and they are not showing up and i cannot decorate my tree with them. is it only me? i am using win 10 and chrome. tyvm <3

Nope, I'm also having this problem! Which is a shame because all I really want to do is cover the whole damn tree with birds.

Try clearing your cache. I'm using chrome and I have to do it every single time I want to add new ornaments. Otherwise they won't show up at all.

Same thing.. Cleared.. new ornaments (including todays new ones) wont show up. Windows 10 Chrome

Cleared cache, etc. Nothing new is showing up, including the new dog ornaments now as well.

The same problem: Chrome, Win 10, cache cleared few times. Only one of those ornaments (Chubby Goldfinch) is visible.

The birds work fine for me but I'm having the OP's problem with the dog ornaments.

I added the and to my ornament inventory and I can click to add them to my tree, but they don't show on the tree itself. I've tried removing all the other decorations & tree background, and they still don't show. If I try and save my tree with the dog ornament on there (albeit invisible), the tree does not save.

I can see the ornament previews fine on the item hover. I have cleared my cache, and it made no difference.

(Chrome 87.0.4280.88, windows 10)

As soon as I posted, I cleared the cache again, did another hard refresh, and both those dog ornaments now show up fine laughs

Dog ornament isn't showing up for me after several clears and refeshes, going to try again in an hour...

I'm having the same problem--trying to add a new ornament doesn't work (clicking on it does nothing), but it does work after clearing my cache. The problem is, if I save my tree and then try to add another ornament, it's the same problem again. I have to clear my cache every time I want to add a new ornament. I noticed the same thing happened with an ornament from last year that I just bought, so it's not just this year's ornaments. Everything I had in my ornament inventory last year works fine. It's just when I add one I didn't have before that I have this problem.

I'm having a similar problem. I am missing at least two types of ornaments from my ornament inventory, but when I used account search it said I didn't have them at all.

The ones I know I had are these two:

Bright Star Topper Glass Snowflake Topper

I may have had this, but I don't remember:

Colorful Star Topper

I have had multiples of the Bright Star Topper and Glass Snowflake Topper, but I've forgotten how many. I purchased one Glass Snowflake Topper on December 13th or 14th of this year (I wasn't paying attention to the time, but it was close to midnight) and placed it in my ornament inventory to see if it would stay in my account. It did, so I think whatever caused the glitch might have been fixed. Did the recent wardrobe glitch mess with the ornament inventory too?

I'm using Windows 10 and the latest version of Firefox.
