happy lumi, everyone let me preface this by saying I can only imagine how hectic the site is this time of year, and i sympathize with your situation there, staff.
just thought I should mention this here, but it’s not a pressing matter that it gets fixed immediately.
backdrop (unsolved) i purchased a backdrop and the sP was taken out of my account, but when I click the backdrop again it’s prompting me to purchase again, nowhere can I equip what I just bought.
decoration (maybe solved?) my decorations are showing up, but I can’t equip them or save my tree with them selected. when i have no ornaments selected, save tree button is clickable. when i have them selected, the box just turns dark blue. heres how it looks on my end.
EDIT: switching browsers from chrome to safari worked for me here, but then the decorations disappears once back on chrome. i manually completely wiped my system cache for chrome, and that seemed to work.

Ah, I've got the same situation with the ornaments! I thought I'd have to change browsers..... Which one are you using?

i’m using google chrome on iOS. i’ll check to see if maybe another browser might work!

good news! the ornaments worked with safari. however, the issue with my backdrop is still persisting. i’m guessing that it was just a bug and the purchase didnt go through.
I'm still not seeing the ornaments on your tree though.... Must be the cache?

oh yeah, now switching back to chrome the decorations are gone. sounds like a cache issue, though i did clear mine. i’ll have to go into system settings and completely wipe the cache, see if that works.
i manually wiped my entire system cache, and decorations seem to be working now. still no backdrop, however.
Hey all, let's please try to stick to one issue per topic. There's a lot of good reasons we have that guideline; please try to follow it.

Please file a ticket for reimbursement for the sP you lost since the backdrop was not unlocked, and try unlocking it again. If it continues to not work, please make a new topic for that issue alone and I'll help you troubleshoot further there :) Thank you!
