You can transform any pet into a Yaherra here: https://subeta.net/explore/zapper.php/yaherra. You can also adopt one straight out.

If you want a yaherra of a certain basic color (arid, bloodred, cream, dawn, dusk, field, gold, lilac, marsh, nuclear, sun, twilight), I'd recommend transforming that pet with a species-specific elixir first, and then transforming it into a yaherra, because elixirs are cheaper than color-changing potions, and the yaherra will keep the color of its previous form so long as that color exists for the yaherra species. (If you want a color that's not one of those listed above, it doesn't matter as much because they don't come in elixirs.)
