I purchased a Delish Bask Hair Serum, redeemed it, but when I went to the hair salon to use it, every time I try to click on it, the entire page goes blank. I can't go back or refresh the page or anything. I have to go back to Subeta's homepage and go back into the wardrobe. But the same thing happens every time I attempt to select it. Please help!

I actually have very long black hair but the wardrobe won't work so I found some short hair in the meantime to cover my head... LOL

I think we just have to wait!

I've had this issue since at least September. It's sooo frustrating. There's a whole lot of stuff I've paid actual money for in there over a full decade on this site and it's totally unusable.

Nope, it still comes up with a blank page every time I try to select it. I've tried everything from clearing my cache to removing all other clothing and nothing works.

I'd honestly just prefer to have the CSC returned to my account, and have the item removed from my wardrobe because this sounds like a long time issue, and if that's the case I'd rather spend the CSC on something I can use now rather than something I may not be able to use for a while.

I can get to the wardrobe, view and even sort/filter the hair, but trying to click on any of the hairstyles brings up the blank screen.

What browser are you on? Have you tested it on others?

Hey, I don't know what changed yesterday but suddenly hair is 100% working for me again again! But in case others are having the same issue: when it wasn't working, I'd get the blank page when selecting the hair, i.e. I couldn't even get to the color selection screen or to try it on.

I use Google Chrome. Still not working, just checked now (1/3/21 - 12:55 EST) Next, I tried Firefox, but it didn't work on that either. Microsoft Edge didn't work either, and finally Internet Explorer just didn't let me enter the Wardrobe itself.

Summary: None of the browsers on my Microsoft Windows 10 Surface Pro let me click hairstyles in the hair salon without the page going completely blank/white.

I'm having the same issue with blank page for the hair salon. As soon as I click on a hair, the page goes blank. Everything else in the wardrobe works fine. I use Firefox but have also checked it in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge--they all produce the same result.

EDIT: The hair salon appears to be working now!

Just came back from a long hiatus yesterday and I am currently having this issue with the wardrobe. Every time I click on a hairstyle, the page goes completely blank. I can sort of see the page loading for a fraction of a second if I hit refresh, but essentially the hair salon section of the wardrobe is unusable for me at the moment. Using Chrome :)

i'm a member for 2 months and i got the same issue, no matter which browser and platform. i hope this gets fixed soon

i am also having this issue. chrome, tried to click a hairstyle and the page shows the color options for about half a second before it goes to a blank white page

I am currently having this issue. I look for the most cursed hair with my given combo... then it goes blank. I'm on mobile (ipad) using safari. I could clear my cache but I'm unsure if that'll fix anything as I literally just joined.
